“A healthy increase in tenant demand across all
sectors of the property market in the
Thames
Valley
has been evident over the last six
months. The group’s property portfolio continues to focus within the area
known as The Golden Triangle namely to the west of
London
and close to
Heathrow
Airport
. Residential activities are confined to
the counties of
Surrey
and
Berkshire
. Interest rates continue to remain at current low levels and there is a renewed
confidence in the property market as a whole.”
